STR’s TRADING TERMS & CONDITIONS


  1. STR’s terms of payment are that your invoice is paid when your SMSF tax return is completed and submitted to the ATO. Your options for paying the invoice are separately listed below ‘Methods of Payment’.
  2. Should you have any dispute as to the correctness or amount of an invoice issued please advise us by return e-mail, fax, or in writing, specifying the nature of the dispute, as your SMSF tax return will not be submitted to the ATO until your invoice is paid.
  3. It is a condition of our service that when performing work for Superannuation Funds, we are personally instructed by either the director(s) of a corporate trustee, or trustee(s) either personally or in writing.
  4. Charges for our work are based upon the time spent on particular assignments billed at our charge-out rates at the time the work is undertaken. Our rates vary according to the time spent on each assignment. Direct costs of printing, stationery, postage, photocopying, courier fees and telephone/fax calls are charged where appropriate.
  5. If necessary, you agree that we can obtain a credit report containing personal and/or general credit information about you from a credit-reporting agency in relation to credit provided by us.
  6. You agree that we can exchange information about you with those credit providers named in a consumer credit report issued by a reporting agency for the following purposes:
          1. To assess an application by you;
          2. To notify other credit providers of any default by you;
          3. To exchange information with other credit providers as to the status of your account, where you are in default with other credit providers; and
          4. To assess your credit worthiness.

 

7.You agree that any personal and/or general information provided may be used and retained by us for the following purposes and for other purposes as shall be agreed between the you and us or as required by law from time to time for:

i. provision of services;analysing, verifying and/or checking your credit, payment and/or status in relation to a provision of Services;ii. analysing, verifying and/or checking your credit, payment and/or status in relation to

iii. processing of any payment instructions, direct debit facilities and/or credit facilities requested by you;

iv. enabling the daily operation of your account and/or the collection of amounts outstanding in your account in relation to the Services

OUR REFUND POLICY:
STR provides a self-managed superannuation funds tax return service. You can check your completed return before it is submitted to the Australian Taxation Office for processing. We offer a pro rata or complete refund to clients when mistakes are made in the compilation and submission of your tax return that might result from any error or omission made by STR.
